About me

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with degrees in Psychology and Nutrition from the University of Washington. As a former collegiate soccer player, I'm passionate about strength training and athletic performance. I specialize in building strength, improving performance, and optimizing body composition. No matter your fitness level, I'm committed to helping you achieve your goals.

Outside of the gym I love to spend time with my friends and boyfriend hiking, and cooking.

I have experience training individuals, couples, and groups in person and online.

At home

Convenient workouts delivered right to your doorstep, saving you time and energy. I'll work with you to put together a flexible plan depending on the equipment and space you have. â€‹

In the gym

I offer sessions at Fremont Health Club, located at 920 N 34th St #200, Seattle, WA 98103. We have a wide variety of equipment suited to every skill level preference, and goal.
